I grew up working in my parent's Chinese restaurant at an early age.
By the time I remember (5), I was already helping out in the restaurant.
We didn't have much money growing up but my parents made it work.
I eventually went to the University of Oregon for school.
A decent school but nothing crazy.
I kind of thought my life would eventually lead to me just being a restaurant owner too that barely made ends meet.
Then I got into B2B sales and my life changed forever.
I struggled at first and almost got fired...
But eventually figured it out.
That led me to becoming a cash millionaire by 30 years old.
(That's assets minus liabilities for those who are unfamiliar with that.)
The thing is, I'm nobody special.
I've just figured out specific mental models, habits, and ways of thinking over the years.
Things that have served me well and that may serve you too.
I was recently on Justin Moy's "Diary of a Top Producer" podcast.
On this less-than-30 minute interview I shared these ways of thinking including:
• How I generated 4-6X the results of the average rep
• The 3 levers to pull to close more revenue right NOW
• The "I vs T" framework for execution
(Credit goes to Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart)
• How to create "mailbox" money where checks get
"mailed to you"
• How to use the "M5" to create a highly optimized life
It's worth watching if you're looking to up your game this week.
Check it out here.
