Brutally Honest Advice to Build Confidence in Sales

There's one common trait in the top 1%.

You know what it is?

It's CONFIDENCE.

I'm not talking about the "fake-it-until-you-make-it" baloney.

I'm talking about confidence that leads to RESULTS.

For instance:

If you're highly confident in cooking, you could spin up a delicious meal on the fly with minimal ingredients.

If you're highly confident with basketball, you could jump into a game and run circles around everyone.

If you're highly confident in outbound, you could take over a new territory and fill your calendar immediately with qualified appointments.

I've been talking to a lot of AE's and sales teams, where confidence is lower than ever.

And it almost seems like the "chicken and the egg" conundrum, where they are saying:

"I'm not closing deals so I'm losing confidence...BUT I'm losing confidence cause I'm not closing deals."

I'm not sure which comes first...

But I know how to fix it.
