They're SICK and tired of it..and they don't know what to do next.

I got a message recently from Michael.

He shared that he was working hard and putting in a lot of hours..

But got mediocre results.

He wasn't sure if he was set up for failure with a bad territory and unrealistic quota...

Or if it was just an excuse.

But he wanted some outside perspective.

I shared a few things with him..

And then thought later that I didn't do him justice.
