I turned 40.

This is one of those "decade birthdays" that always makes me reflect back on my life and the future.

I thought back to all my biggest mistakes in sales.

All my biggest false beliefs.

All my incorrect perceptions of what sales is about.

And started writing a list.

It first had over 50+ different lessons...

But then I stripped it down to 25....

Then down to 15...

Finally down to 10.

10 key sales lessons that I know now at 40 but wish I knew at 20 or even earlier.

Even though I was fortunate to have some pretty solid career success?

I truly believe that if I knew these lessons earlier, I could have achieved 10X my results and far faster.
